Should a web start up have it’s own tech staff or hire web developers to bring web business to market?

It all depends on the level of editing the website will require. Social utilities websites such as myspace, facebook … requires a lot of it and if your idea is to have a website like that then a team of dedicated and qualified technicians is what you need. but for a forum like website once the site is done with a good content management system anyone can edit it.
