How is the IT job market in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul) for web developers and web proj managers?

Any companies that you recommend? Any that you suggest staying away from? Any insight is appreciated
The market seems good… a lot of craigslist postings, easy for me to find work.
There’s a few I’d stay away from, any basement operations for example. If you can’t see daylight, they’re doing something wrong, you may as well work for yourself.
