Is there any free open source flash design software?

I’m looking for something like Macromedia Flash MX, that I can make flash movies with. Are there any good open source alternatives?
No, only Adobe Flash (used to be Macromedia Flash)

you can use the swish .it is easy but they havent any option like flash.
